The College of Engineering (CoE) at Nanyang Technological University Singapore invites you to participate in a 2-month undergraduate research program that is designed to immerse you in a dynamic learning environment across multiple engineering disciplines at 5 globally renowned engineering schools:
- School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology
- School of Civil and Environmental Engineering
- School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- School of Materials Science and Engineering
- School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering
This is the second year that Rice and NTU have collaborated on this program, and NTU does an outstanding job of welcoming Rice students. They are looking for students who will graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's program in 2027, with good GPAs and an interest in pursuing graduate studies at the NTU College of Engineering.

Second, writ a one-page statement of purpose, and third, send that document plus your CV and transcript to John Marsh at jfm3@rice.edu. The deadline for applications is December 13, 2025. The SCI will begin Zoom interviews in early January 2026.
