Below is the calendar showing current room reservations for Space Science 300 (classroom outside 3rd floor elevator, seats 36 at long tables) and Space Science 301A (conference room inside the SCI suite, seats 10-12 around table with seats for an additional10-12 around the room).

It is important to understand you are submitting a request to use the space, not reserving the space. Be aware that you cannot see if other requests are pending on the queue, as these are not in public view. If a space is not available, you will receive an email to let you know your request is denied. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and/or google calendar invite. The approval process can take up to 2-3 business days.
Please note that reservations in 300 and 301A may be overridden if the Smalley-Curl Institute needs to utilize the space; you will be contacted in advance if this occurs.
